The New Hampshire Beekeepers' Association
was established to promote the education of beekeepers and to inform
the general public about honey and honey bees.
We provide
marketing and promotion assistance to NH beekeepers and are involved
in legislation affecting honey bees and beekeepers in the state.
Membership Dues
are $10.00 per year per family and includes our Quarterly Newsletter.
The New
Hampshire Beekeepers' Association holds a Spring Meeting in March and
a Fall Meeting in October at locations throughout the state of NH. A
Summer Workshop is generally held in July or August. Meeting dates are
posted on the Calendar.
A Beekeepers'
Directory (currently under construction) was established to
help the business community and the general public to connect directly
with those involved in the beekeeping industry in the state of New
Hampshire. The directory includes a diverse line of products and
services offered by our N.H. members.
A Honey Bee
Research Fund was established in 1999 which provides grants to
qualifying entities for the purpose of researching ways to help
beekeepers in NH with problems that they currently have or ones that
may come about in the future.
The New
Hampshire Beekeepers' Association has several 'Chapters', or Local Bee
Clubs, which meet on a monthly basis. |
